Baked catfish with tomatoes

You will need:

  • 500 g. catfish fillet
  • 400 g. tomatoes
  • 500 g. tomato sauсe
  • 100 g. any hard cheese
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • peper

Cooking time: 45 min.

Preparing:

1. Scald the tomatoes and peel them, then cut each in two and remove seeds. Salt and peper the tomatoes and roast slightly with vegetable oil.

2. Stake catfish fillet and boil it in a small amount of water.

3. Shift the fish to a pan and lay the roasted tomatoes out on it, pour tomato sauce over catfish and tomatoes, strew with grated cheese, sprinkle with vegetable oil and bake it in the oven (you can also use microwave oven).
