I’m glad to present one of the most interesting catfish recipes – “Catfish with garlic, greens and tomatoes”. So start in.

Ingredients:
- 3 small catfishes
- 3 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 tomatoes
- 3 tablespoon of butter
- 3 potatoes
- cabbage leaves
- parsley green
Cooking time – 1 hour 20 min.
Preparation:
1. Scale and gut the fish if necessary, сut the catfish into small pieces. Сhop the onion, cloves and parsley green. Slice the potatoes and tomatoes into flakes.
2. Grease fish pieces with butter, sprinkle it with choped onion, cloves and parsley, after that lay wit
h potato and tomato slices. The next step is enwraping all that into cabbage leaves.
3. Сoat the resulting roll by soft loam and earth it into live coals.
4. When the catfish is cooked, remove the loam cover and sprinkle dish with greens.

Today I represent to you an lightish catfish recipe ycleped “catfish patties”.
Catfish patties can be cooked either in deep-fat or by steaming – up to you.

Ingredients:
- 1/2lb catfish fillet
- 2 hunch of wheat-bread
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1/4lb rusk flour
- 1 cucumber
- 1carrot
- Vegetable cooking spray
- salt
- ground white pepper
Cooking time – 30 min.
Preparation:
1. Cut the catfish fillet into small pieces. Put the bread hunches into water for 3-4 min. and mince it with catfish fillet.
2. Beat up the egg in a separate bowl.
3. Add the egg into catfish and put the following ingredients: salt, pepper. Pound and mix until you get a fine mince.
4. Create fish cutlets, crumb them and fry with vegetable cooking spray till just cooked. Garnish with carrot and cucumber slices.

As for me one of the most sweet catfish recipes is catfish in sesame.

Ingredients:
- 1lb catfish filet
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon
- salad
- parsley green
- salad-oil or cooking spray
- 5 tablespoon of sesame seed
- salt
- ground black pepper
Cooking time – 55 min.
Preparation:
1. Clean the catfish filet by rinsing under cool, running water, followed by patting it dry with paper towels.
2. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper on both sides to taste.
3. Dip catfish in egg and cover with sesame seed.
4. Fry the catfish pieces until fish starts to flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve with salad, parsley and lemon slices.
